We found another parasprite lurking in PVL; please be patient while Pixel and Azura chase it out! ~tinker

After a recent crash, we found a component of PVL that wasn't coming back online automatically. We believe we've found the culprit and are just going to perform a quick field test to make sure that it is fixed. The goal of this is to ensure that any future problems are resolved as quick as possible without a syspony's intervention. ~tinker
